Nylon monofilament 0.5mm – Wet – Quality, durable, long life nylon for the professional carpet shampoo system. Available in a standard diameter of black 0.5mm (0.020″) and used wet to deep shampoo carpets and rugs.

Polypropylene monofilament – Wet – Available as a lower cost option in red and white 0.25mm (0.010″ dia) for wet shampooing carpets and rugs. The ends of the bristles are deliberately offset and rounded for carpet cleaning; therefore, no breaking in of the brush is required.

Nylon monofilament 0.5mm – Foam – Quality, durable, long-life nylon, for the professional foam carpet shampoo system. Available in a standard diameter of black 0.5mm (0.020″) and used to foam shampoo carpets, The special spoke bristle arrangements are incorporated into the brush design. These are effective in applying and generating foam used in some carpet cleaning systems.

Nylon monofilament 0.4mm – Dry Powder – Soft, short trim, offset nylon disk brush for the professional carpet dry powder system. Supplied in black 0.4mm with a special bristle configuration and a central spring loaded machine base plate, to take the machines weight. Excellent brush for agitating the dry carpet powder into the carpet pile. Made to special order only.

Polyester PBT monofilament – Wet – This is a stiff brush in yellow 0.5mm (0.020″dia) PBT polyester. It can only be used on rug cleaning machines with a heavy-duty low speed (150rpm) motor and comes with a central support base to take the machines weight. Made to special order only.

Shampoo Brush Support Centre – This adjustable carpet care device is used when shampooing carpets. Carpet shampoo brushes use very fine monofilaments, which generally do not have the strength to support the weight of a cleaning machine. This is where the brush support centre comes in. Basically it takes the weight of the machine off the brush fibres while still leaving sufficient down pressure to clean the carpet and lift the pile. This in turn reduces the wear on the brush fibres. Also helping to reduce the drag on the floor this makes the machine more manoeuvrable and more pleasant for the operator to use, not to mention that the machine drawing less current. The brush support is fully adjustable so that as the brush wears down the support is reduced in height to maintain a constant cleaning performance. This product can also be used on slow speed machines in conjunction with a professional dry carpet powder system.
