High Density or Full Fill Brushes are designed for use in applications that have fine debris but not a lot of bulky litter. The dense pattern of these brushes is very effective for trapping sand, dust and other fines, making them excellent for applications like cement plants, bakeries, etc., where pickup of fine debris is the main objective. High Density brushes are available in all materials except wire.

Excellent wear life, but less aggressive and performs less well in conditions with moisture or high humidity. Often used on rough surfaces or high-temperature environments because of its toughness and long wear characteristics. Can generally be used in high heat conditions up to 150 Celsius.
